It isn't hard...It isn't like school...It isn't like much of anything anywhere...It is fun and satisfying!

IN GENERAL:
You have to be between 14 and 21.
You have to have graduated the eighth grade or be at least 15
You have to be interested in doing the things we do.
You have to be interested in doing your duty to God and your country.

You should know that :
There is a small annual registration fee of less than $10.
There are monthly dues of $5.00.
We occasionally do other things that take additional money, like eat out, buy gas for a boat, and buy uniforms.
Money should not keep you from being in Sea Scouts.  If you need help, we will work it out together.

We do some vigorous activities.
Sailing, swimming, scuba diving, water skiing and other activities take a lot of energy and stamina.  If you have not had a physical lately, it might be a good idea.
